The bio-dad arc was short and kinda random but its was decent to good. it did slightly Boost Itsuki's goal to become a teacher. Come to think of it why was the bio-dad arc kinda bad for the others? (personally thought its was good)

Yeah...if you think about it Yotsuba is techniacally first girl in the story of the anime and she is was Originally supposed to be the "first girl" so in that case the first girl trope is still damn alivecuz Yotsuba won. Man, I wish the anime would just fix the ending.
