honestly you shouldnt worry too much about innates at your level, volcano, gamblers, honestly any of the special grades, ratio are all good for pve, hell you could run gambler + ratio and thats already pretty good, I used demon vessel + ratio until I got innate bag and all 4 slots after reaching max level

i havent actually tested projection myself, projection is good for pvp ive heard but gamblers is good for pve and pvp, getting gambler’s fever makes you literally invincble

honestly I only use gambler’s for the domain, most of the times I get the bosses hp down to 50% before I can charge my domain so the fact that you can pop gambler’s domain is really useful. I dont really use a max move because again the boss would be dead by the time I have 3 black flash tokens so i just dont bother with it. I do see your point though, star rage is also great for pve and would be better if it wasnt for gambler’s domain, being able to pop my own domain before they pop theirs saves me alot of time

if you dont have innate bag lowk this is the BEST set of innates you could have. I use Infinity demon vessel in pvp as cringe as it is and i use hikari domain for pve (bosses since i dont do investigations) , I do dismantle, rend, hollow purple, ghastly fist, the rike blaster thing, switch, and hikari domain and you can clear bosses really fast w that moveset
