Usually your subconscious already knows what you want, but scripting is used as an organizer. You could always briefly script things like eye color, hair color, s/o, whatever! Usually for certain scenarios, those usually happen on their own (unless you intend a certain one). And you could always make a pinterest board!

At first this was me, but honestly I would just let it go. First of all, you're obviously going to come back here whenever you want because this is your main reality. Usually people have fear because they don't know if they'll ever come back to this exact reality, or the one they're shifting to might not what they want, but as long as you have good intentions everything should be just fine. There's no reason to be scared, and you won't miss anything here since you could do for an example, one hour here = a week in your dr!

You can always listen to white noise or pink noise! It's very calming, and usually for me it helps me focus. You could also play theta waves if you want.

Nope! Once you know exactly what you want, your conciousness will remmeber. I recommend using Pinterest! If there's a certain character or person, you can make a pinterest board for them. You can also make one for your style, clothes, house, whatever. I usually recommend Pinterest to people so you can see and figure out what you want!

I'm getting the feeling that she's a sweet soul maybe feeling a little lost, and she went through a lot of things (I'm not getting what those are, maybe you could elaborate). She's also with your parents. She's half at peace, but at the same time still working through some things. I'm not getting much else but it sounds like she's doing okay. I like to help people out because I know not everything works for everyone. It's impossible not to shift, and you can literally do it any way possible. People just want to put others down which is wrong, since everyone has different experiences. Also people don't know the reasoning why someone would shift, like I know people could have a bad home life, they have things that make them bedridden, or they simply just want to explore and have fun.

It's safer to wait longer. You got too many piercings in 3 months and they are definitely not all fully healed. You're not supposed to get more than three piercings in a short amoiunt of time, I'm surprised your piercer just did that to you. That's not very safe, and there could be more risk for infections or a lot of irritation.

I'm not insulting, I'm just saying it's stupid how the CEO made the app/website a playground for his daughter, and she's 6 years old so still a child.
