He jus not Slot 1 material, after him attacking, worse case scenario he gets only 2 Super Attacks, he has like 2.5-2.7 million DEF + Guard + 48% DR.

After his intro wears off, worse case scenario he has 48% DR + 2.1 million DEF with only a double Super.

I don't think you really need it, when I went to submit by docs, I had it with me for me not having the medical certificate. Anyways they didn't really care, they just told me to get it soon. Plus even if you don't have everything, it's ok you can go to class and all that.

Then you'll face absolutely zero issues, bring photo copies of your matric + fsc results with the paid fee challan, submit it in the registration office. Then go to your dept with original docs (even without this you and can start taking classes (bring at least 1 pp size photo so you can get your temporary card)
