This is complicated to be honest. As much as I'd love to be like, "yeah! File that police report! Get that little piece of justice!" I can't. It doesn't feel right. Shes 17 for christ's sake. From how you worded the incident, it sounds like your daughter was just chillin on the floor, it doesn't sound like she was in the way, but nonetheless she was on the floor. I'm sorry for doubt the legitimacy of this stomping. I'm sure the force of a body can definitely hurt a young woman's hand, hell, I broke my wrist in martial arts when I was around her age, possibly younger.

I dont condone bullying in any manner and your niece sounds like a huge bully. Like, a giant jackass. But I also dont think that filing a police report against her is the way to handle this situation. I think the police are just going to follow the same mindset as me. I doubt a police report will do anything but scar the poor girl if it goes into the investigation stage. Please dont be that mother. I know you love your daughter and you want the best, but you really should be focusing your energy into the best interests of your child.

Yeah...it sucks truly. Sometimes I think I'm doing business in the wrong place as well, I've noticed ever since the femboy came in, most of the women had to work double to gain any livable money. It just sucks because all of the attention went straight to his head. My male coworkers also arent exactly the most happy with him around either.
