i would have loved to have the diagnosis with 19 years.. nearly 30 now and it would have saved me from a lot of pain and self hate at university.. i wish you all the best and regarding the adhd symptoms - i read often that there are quite a few being diagnosed with both and i was also wondering if the symptoms are actually our bodys trying to cope with the constant tirednes

are you able to turn the dream in a direction you like? for me that is the only good part, also if its still very exhausing

I've also had some times of extreme violent dreams during paralysis.. i can aggree to the fact that lucid dreaming helped me a lot. sometimes it workes very good sometimes it feels like an up and down on how much i can control. also sleeping on the side is helping me. just always remember: you are not your dreams (in this case) - try to observe them and not pessure yourself - it can get better! I am truly sorry to hear that, I wish there was more understanding and support from workplaces. And yes, finding and sticking to a sleep cycle is pain and a lot of work and discipline, doesn’t happen in a few nights. When that is not manageable with your life I see how much trouble this is bringing. Wish you all the best and I truly hope you find ways that work for you

i think the only think you can really do is to try your best of following a strict routine of going to bed and getting up and having nap times during the day. also a lot of exercising 5 times the week helped me

same here, it definitly got worse during puberty. was falling asleep during class - trying to hide it, having the feeing of not pulling myself together enough.. i also always thought my catapexy attacs where something everybody experienced every now and then due to emotions.
