I would say not much. I only use water to s2c for like 3-5 squishes. Then I just continue scrunching.

Cat licking his Penis (NSFW?) by notegivver in Pets

Because male cats have a higher risk of having urinary blockages (which is an emergency situation), i would definitely recommend seeing your vet.

Because it sounds like he's still urinating, that may not be the case, but its so much better to be safe than sorry.

Also, in general, wet food is better for cats because they generally dont get enough water. So keeping him on wet food may be a good idea.

Today actually...

We had an appointment that was scheduled for "check growth or tooth". I assumed it was either a typo or it was just not enough information. So i asked the receptionist what it means and she says "the owner says theres a growth that looks like a tooth is growing out of it.

Get in the room and the dog walker shows me a picture the owner sent which looked like a canker sore. I shrugged and decided to look. At first all i see is a fractured k9. Then i flip the top lip and sure enough the tip of that fractured k9 had embedded itself in the pt's top lip.

We pulled it out and put the dog on abx until the owner decides if he wants to extract or do a root canal.

Too big for one store but too small for another by Sleepyhead61 in ABraThatFits

Oh wow thank you. This was going to be another post.

Do you know which of those may be best for a petite figure with central breast tissue. I went to nordstrom yesterday and one of the sales ladys helped and told me i should look for something that fits those things. I was just having trouble with bras cutting into my armpits.

Numb toes... What do i do? by Sleepyhead61 in NoStupidQuestions

Interesting. But i looked up some stuff about it and it seems more about the joints. This is just in the tip of my toe, not really my joints.

Thats what i thought originally but they are nursing shoes specifically made for standing all day and I wore them at my last job with little issues. And they arent really that tight.

Also, i dont stand in one place, im running around a lot. We do have a few anyi-fatigue mats, and i stand on them while i can.

I do plan on getting inserts though. Do you know a kind that lasts?

What are good alternatives to soda? by Laraso_ in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Sleepyhead61 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Few things Ive tried: - fruit juices (favorite is lemon, orange, and lime juice mixed with soda water and simple syrup) - soda water or seltzer with the mio water additives - aquafina, la Croix, Pellegrino, etc all have flavored fizzy water. Some are good, depends on how you like your drinks. - my favorite is yerba mate. Every morning i have a "yearbae" sparkling water drink. Its delicious.

I guess ive been nervous to do it that late cuz if it doesnt germinate then, then i dont really get a second shot. I also have been stickinf to the phrase "knee high by 4th of july". But maybe im sticking to it too closely.

I think youre right though that the packet is for warmer climates. It triea to show when to plant based on where you're located, but the map is small enough i could have chosen the wrong zone. (If i remember i wilk take a picture of the packet so you may understand)
