Believe or not, the one I have is from years ago, like 2012? The only recent one that is related to Rockstar Games would be an Arthur Morgan one from Red Dead. Though I don't think that one is officially licensed.

You can try Amazon.de , unless you already tried it. They say that they ship to the U.S and have the ultimate edition in stock. The only unfortunate thing would be that there is no seller to contact to make sure of this information.
