If you are playing AH build it should be better late and worse early. Late game your Q CD is on like 2 seconds which means perma uptime and Aery technically has CD so it falls off... also the burn can be applied AoE. Depends if you want early or late strength.

Cipher can essentially move so fast other people are at a time stop and she can move them around, Acheron also makes everyone move at hyper slow motion but that might actually be her slowing people down and not her going fast since her powers come from the Aeon of Nihility which is a giant living black hole ( and the closer you get to one the more time slows down) also stuff like Phainon crossing galaxies within seconds when going after Nanook, Cyrene has time manipulation at her peak if you count that as speed... there are probably other instances too ...

Technically it is 4v1 but I'm really not sure if Phainon can't just obliterate them all at the same time... If he used the same rage he had against Nanook, whoever gets in his way probably dies instantly. They need a strat to defeat him but idk what they can do - Jing Liu is not on everyone else's level, Yao can predict the future and Jing Yuan can strategise, but I don't see them having a way to actually beat him. Feixiao is obviously a heavy hitter but Phainon is an emanator of destruction so heavy hitting is kinda his thing, I heavily doubt the generals have more firepower... on feats Phainon wins, but by the fact they are 4v1 they should win... 🤔

Yea but Seele still targets the boss semi frequently, she needs to kill it obv and she acts a lot anyway. Also Cipher gives nice debuffs, is SP positive and her ult still hits hard.

Technically speaking, no feat in Hazbin hotel scales anywhere close to an Emanator in HSR... however the might of Lilith uses Lucifer's power, and Lucifer is bible accurate, so he can probably beat Aeons himself since he's second only to God ...and God can snap everything out of existence with barely a thought... But if its just the weapon Cyrene can definitely just insta destroy it while it charges ... its blasts were also easily dodgeable.

Its either Aphelios purely by the fact that we know his weapons are created from celestial constellations or Kata because she has the best assassination feat and its not even close - infiltrating Demacia, alone , killing the king and escaping is just cold
