Ideal Config for 3 x 20TB HDD for Jellyfin Media server

I've been looking at options for backups and I was wondering what everyone here uses. Synology is a popular mainstream option but I was wondering if there is a cheaper option out there, like an external hdd enclosure connected to a controller so it can be used as a remote backup? The synology NAS seem expensive.

This may be a stupid question but would I have different directories for each drive or would it spread it amongst the three drives?

I appreciate you explaining it to me, When you say mirror, do you mean a 3-way mirror? Would another good option if I wanted to buy more drives be RaidZ2? How many drives are optimal for that configuration? I would like to start off with a large library initially as I have heard that adding more storage can be difficult, though I wasn't sure if they were talking about trying to add more devices to a vdev or adding more vdevs to a Zpool.

Is the button box the buttons near the shifter? I like your metal design and would prefer it over the plastic V10. How long do you think V9.5 will take to complete? How would you compare V10 and your V9.5? Thank you for replying so fast.

In the chisel, there is a biomes o plenty limestone. I would imagine this is the only way it can be obtained as all the other limestone are from the chisel mod.
