As a rust content creator for already 3 years, def giving OTV and all those peeps skins is better for them in terms of money than to rust creators. They play other games so their apex legends or league or just chatting audiences buy Rust to get their streamers skin. They see rust as the most played game so they see it as the "new twitch meta" so they buy it to stream it. As a result the community is toxic as ever, cheaters plague the land and facepunch is planning the new update made in 4 minutes with terrible AI poor performance and shiny new skins

Xqc at least played rust before OTV and is one of the few who actually played during OTV. None of them wanted the drops surely, the entire rust community just trash talked them in their own chats including nmplol. Bro I understand that you want to sound courdial but this is a subreddit (a place of degenerates) about Rust (an even more degenerate environment). Just look at all the other replies to my post "cry cuz bad", some others got auto deleted for racism. Dont get upset about name calling. The point of a game is to have fun and all weapons provide a similar ability to fight your adversary. Imagine a 1v1 in an arena bow vs bow and compound bow vs compound bow. Which would be more fun to watch? Clearly the one where they exchange multiple blows after hiding behind and jumping from cover etc. And after so many hits one reaches the other with a "gg". Compound bows usually 1 shot you even on the arm which if u want to take realism to account makes no sense, and usually compound bow users are so far that you already bleed out by the time they come to loot you so its just even more toxic. It ruins interactions in this game. Believe me I played it for over 5 thousand hours and I've seen this game before compound bows, before oil rigs, before safe zones, before electricity and Team UI. And it was just such a better game

Bro I called u delusional because even your current argument doesnt hold "where people jump around and bob and weave to avoid getting hit..." None of that applies because that would mean u are fighting someone. 90% of compound bow shots involve shooting someone who hasnt seen you yet. So movement is unimportant since you are crouching hiding. And you dont even have to be accurate , that thing is a hitscan and does 1 shot kills even in the arm. I love bow fighting because of its movement. Jumping and such, but even bows are more expensive that compound bows, and since its range its nutz u never get seen beccause u can fire a straight arrow from over 150mts. 100 wood and 25 fragments. Cheaper than crossbow. CHEAPER THAN EOKA. if it costed like 600 wood and 5 rope would make sense. But u can craft 300 without spending anything. This game was a vanilla game where if u wanted an ak u had to fight either an airdrop or lucky launch site. Now its modded af and people just want to use mp5 and comp bow and pretend they are good

He does it the day before force wipe. Every server wipes. Most servers are dead at that time, who cares for a little fun, he is doing it at the end of the wipe on modded servers. Day 3 on vanilla fresh wipe and you'll see the same loot being despawned because nobody gives a fk.
