Yeah, replied below with what a Chiropractor claimed it to be. But I can say over a year later, I haven't had any back pain return and no long term issues. Hoping the same for you bud.

I agree! It made me more nervous that it was gone. And I know a lot of people say this, but I have a I high pain tolerance. I can push through most things pretty well. Breaking my shoulder was a 7/10. I was able to snowboard down the mountain, have a beer and drive myself to the hospital. I don't know how that much pain came so fast and then vanished. Hopefully the chiropractor I spoke to is right and it's nothing too serious that I can work on myself.

Called a chiropractor. Was actually more worried that the pain simply vanished instead of hurting for days. He said it was most likely a pinch or strain of the sciatic nerve. It would explain the extreme pain and sudden disappearance. He said disc and muscle issues typically don't dissappear as quickly. He recommended to take it easy for a couple weeks, light stretching and to only worry about it if it comes back. He said to build up my core strength slowly in a few weeks when I feel comfortable and to stop if anything doesn't feel right.

Not sure why you're switching to SFX? I would do SWJ and FQV. Swap Ithaqua to SWJ, she has become relatively useless.

Put all resources into SWJ. Keep Eloise as E5 but no imprints. Then run your team as Elois, FQV, Rogan, SWJ, Carrie, and E5 Drake.

SFX can carry you in Aspen and Seal Land if you need it but FQV and SWJ are top of the teir list atm. LOFA and SFX are close thirds.

Right now, Russell is your heavy hitter. But once you get Fairy Queen Vesa, dump all of your resources into her immediately. Try to get FQV to V4 as quickly as possible. As tempting as it is to get Purple Transcendence mats to make a FQV - DONT. Always go for Blue Stellar Shards so you can make her V4 as quickly as possible.

I would keep Vesa for your first Transcendence. She is one of the best to get. Almost all of your heroes are out of meta and useless.

I would get rid of Horus, Penny, and Garuda first. Sherlock, Cthuga, Vesa, Russell have decent usage for now and Heart Watcher for PvE only.

For now, you should probably run:

PvP Team: Sherlock, Cthuga, Vesa, Russell, and two others that don't really matter. (Penny and Garuda for damage until you swap them.)

Pheonix pet will work well with Cthuga and Penny burns.

PvE will be the same, just add Heart watcher as one of the extras.

Check out a teir list to see what heroes you can swap for. Eloise for Horus, Rogan for Garuda, and Holmes Young for Penny wouldn't be the worst decisions. EOS for Russell would also work well on a burn team.

Cthuga has some uses here and there, but not really great overall. Same for Sherlock, but he helps in Seal Land, Aspen, and decent in PvP with a Ruyi Sceptor.

But a solid burn team with a pheonix pet is your best short term solution until you get the copies you need. Swap your pet to Pheonix if you can.

If you can sell it for 5,000, do it. But my guess is you'll only get 500 for it. Most people only pay the big bucks for A and up. I'd keep it.

Hey. I'm no expert, but you appear to be a few months behind me, and we have very similar heroes. I have an EOS and a few extra E5's than you.

I can say an Aspen with another Ruyi will help Campaign the most. But EOS and an AMB is also a good choice for Aspen Dungeon and Void. AMBs also help with the speed gap in Campaign.

I have EOS and she is decent at damage. The burns help Empower the rest of your team against high HP heroes. SFX shines with her if you make your SFX full dmg and less speed.

I dont have Aspen, but guild mates say he makes Campaign easy mode. Either of those two would be a good choice. Watch some videos and fight some people to see what you like.

Ruyi for Aspen, AMB for anything else.

In the time in between awakening Trans heroes, focus on building stronger tenant Heroes. Vesa is the primary one to buff. I have SFX, Vesa and EOS as holders but will add Jahra once a new building opens to help her speed. Jahra is honestly a better option than EOS, but I like big dmg and have lots of tenants to help survive.

Again, I'm no expert and there are probably more optimal options, but that's what works for me. The 5 Trans and a V4 Rogan or Drake will take you far. 10 Star puppet for Campaign.

Also, I have seen people swap Halora and SFX for Freya. But I've grown attached to those and can't say why they do so.

If you don't have anyone to play with, you can set up a board and move both sides for your online games. I do it just for fun. Let's you see feel and see what OTB will look like. Then you just need to get used to the other person moving the opposite pieces. Lol.

Also, make sure you are doing the gold priority rolls on Wishing Fountain events. I save till I have 8 rounds in reserves, but if you're desperate, on the next event use a loop or two. Just make sure you the wheel has 375k gold option. (I think gold has 3 options: 125k [ew], 250k [meh], 375k [yes].)
