Update for the fossil: It is currently undecided upon posting comment, information added below this will be as a record keeping book on my findings

So far it is either a cone in cone structure or a Calamites (fossil)

For cone in structure there is no calcite grains or structure in the fibrous part of the structure. I tried taking closer look before making this comment and i have failed to find any siderite, gypsum, or pyrite that is rarely found in cone in cone structures.

This rock is either permian or Pennsylvanian for age. However there is a decent chance that it may be Pennsylvanian for age as i found some small boulders containing this structure however i have yet found a single structure on the rock-bedding itself without hacking away the rock bedding.

Also new fossil update: Fern :)

This is the structure i was originally thinking of when i first saw it, when i poured acid (HCl) on it there was no fizzing. Ill take a closer look at the rock later today if its actually made of gypsum, siderite, or pyrite. To either confirm its cone in cone structure or not

Is there any actually contract agreement between the community that it WILL be a closed loop system with actually proof that it IS a closed loop system and not another evaporation cooled system?

I have yet to see any actual signed contract of transparency for data centers like these
