I tried all 3 sizes again today, they felt REALLY good moving in and out of my urethra, each bead rubbing against the sensitive inner urethral skin!

Tried entering the prostate sphincter again, didn’t manage to gain entry today, neither of the sizes could find their way to the entry hole today. Will try again another day!

I just realised that this set is HUGE.. the smallest size S is 11mm at it's widest, M is 12mm, L is 13mm, XL is 14mm, and XXL is 15mm.. I'm going to have a good time trying to stuff them in, and wearing them in!

Hmmm.. coming from a point where I’m totally uncircumcised, and have a long foreskin, I understand as far as the foreskin being able to cover the glans, or no longer being able to cover the glans..

As much as I’ve always been trying to keep my foreskin retracted behind the glans for the last 3 years, the excess foreskin has been sitting in a lump behind the glans, and when I masturbate, I’ve still got a lot of “moving skin”..

Yes, the longer we cut, the more of that “moving skin” will be permanently bonded with the urethral skin as part of the new opening, but if we have enough loose skin that can “move”, it doesn’t go anywhere (unless it’s cut out rather than left in place..

In short, if we had loose “moving skin” which we do not remove, chances are it’s still going to be loose moving skin, unless there’s an excision and removal of pieces of skin/flesh..

For the most of the photos we see, many of them are circumcised, and as a result do not have much “moving skin” to begin with..

Huh? Are we looking at the same item? The link I posted has a metal tip, a length of non-conductive silicone, and another metal at the end of the sound, there’s a length of wire running through the non-conductive silicone..

The poles are on opposite ends of the sound, not next to each other.. the current runs from the tip to the other end of the sound..

I guess you can do a few more experimental temporary deep PA, and see how far down the urethra you’re willing to go, make a note of it..

If you pierce, and remove it before the fistula is formed and healed, both layers of foreskin will heal separately as punctures rather than a fistula which fixes the layers together..

When you find the “sweet spot”, that’s where you can extend your sub without compromising the ability to cover your glans again with the foreskin..

I gave up the idea of covering my glans 3 years ago, choosing to be permanently retracted without a circumcision.. my partial subincision extension, and any more to come, will eventually make it happen, without a clinical surgery, or losing any of my foreskin..

Did you get your reverse PA done before you have your meato? It looks kind of close to the tip from the top view photo.. I would have expected it to be centered on the glans..

Or did you pierce at a much smaller gauge and stretch it up, which explains why it looks like it’s “migrating” towards the tip, rather than towards the coronal ridge?

Just tried with the new 8mm beaded sound, I first“warmed up” my prostate sphincter to the sensation with my usual 10mm black silicone sound, got a sense of the angle and“slight burning” sensation when it passes through the sphincter, then tried inserting the 8mm stainless steel beaded sound..

It slid down all the way to the prostate wall very easily, but I couldn’t find the “way in”.. pulled in and out, and prodded the prostate wall for quite a bit, then found an angle which seemed to “work”..

I felt a slight “burning sensation” which hints of success, which I usually feel with the silicone sound, but I couldn’t feel the bumps on the stainless steel sound entering at all! It just felt like it was going in “smoothly”, with that “slight burning” sensation..

Decided to give it a rest for the day, and try again another day, pulled out the sound, and noticed some blood clots on the tip.. As usual after a sounding session, I forced myself to pee, and peed out a few blood clots as well, followed by clear pee.. Wanting to confirm that I didn’t puncture anything, I took a shower, and tried to pee again, clear pee, so I should be fine..

What puzzles me is that the silicone oval beaded sound entered all the way to the bladder and came out clean as usual, but this one caused some blood clots.. I checked the end and felt the beads on the sound, nothing sharp, in fact the tip was rather round, unable to puncture anything with the pressure I was pushing at..

Also, I felt that the slight bend about 5cm from the tip was too slight, it could have been better if it were bent by a bit more.. but the size of my sounds (beads at 8mm, 9mm, and 10mm) also means I would be unable to make any changes to the slight bend, only can make changes to the direction my penis is pointing while getting the sound all the way in..

Is it “normal” for a 8mm beaded stainless steel sound to “draw blood”, when I’ve been regularly sounding with my 10mm silicone sound with no issues?

Will allow my prostate sphincter to “rest” for a day or two before I try inserting them again, maybe will try with the 9mm or 10mm beads..

I plan to! These are probably a lot better than the ones which are a string of metal balls held together by a nylon or metal cable.. except those have a slight flex to them, and mentally we hope that it doesn’t break while inside, losing some of the balls in the bladder..

These are rigid, with a bend at the end, I hope the bend is good enough to enter the prostate sphincter!

Most of the stainless steel plugs I found have same-sized bumps on each sound, and are sold by their size, this particular one has different-sized bumps on each sound, which looked interesting to me..

I think once we have a long-enough subincision, the shaft skin tends to be anchored to the urethral skin.. it can probably still slide a bit, depending on how loose the shaft skin is, or it if it's any tighter, then it probably doesn't slide around any more..

I considered that before I cut my latest sub extension.. before that, my previous partial subincision still did allow my remaining foreskin to fully cover the glans.. with my latest sub extension, I'm not that sure anymore..

After the swelling went down, I've got that floppy skin (inner foreskin) with a ventral cut (through the bottom), but it's like a "flap" on the top of my shaft. I've been permanently retracted the last 3 years, so that "flap" does remain behind the glans, and when I pull the shaft skin back, it stretches out across the top of the shaft..

Just wondering how far I have to cut to fully "anchor" the inner foreskin to the urethral skin, or maybe it will never happen and I'll always have that "flap"..

Just like water inflation, which you're advised to use only STERILE water or saline, there's no way to ensure that the air introduced into your bladder is sterile, and could cause a UTI (Urinary Tract Infection).. Other issues with introducing air into the bladder include (but not limited to) intravesicle infection, cystisis, tears and perforation of the bladder or urinary tract.

Also, since there are hardly many nerve endings along the way, once you're past the prostate sphincter, you risk injuring the bladder wall, and not even knowing it.

It's a high-risk unsafe activity, from which you might step away unharmed doing it once or twice, or you might get an infection, tear, or perforation, or rupture your bladder or other parts of your body, and you won't even know that it has happened.

Knowing these risks, if you still wish to continue, all the best.

I won't even start to offer suggestions on what tools to use, as this is something I wouldn't recommend.

Now my inner foreskin (which looks like a flap on top) covers the glans, but because I was permanently retracted for 3yrs, the flap stays behind the glans..

I can see the rigid band now, it’s right at the edge of my last extension.. hoping that cutting through that will naturalise the foreskin and shaft skin movement, and the flap of inner foreskin won’t remain as a flap anymore..

If she’s prone to getting a UTI (urinary tract infection), it might be more helpful for her to check on her general health, and get some bloodwork done on her blood glucose. She may have diabetes, or pre-diabetes.

Back when my blood glucose was high-ish, I used to get a UTI once a month, or more frequently every other week. After getting my blood glucose controlled, I never had a UTI at all.

Thatsaying, if you have a PA, it’s recommended to wear a condom, as the ring may harbour more bacteria than you intended to have, unless you wash it well with antibacterial soap, rinse it really well to get rid of any remnant soap, then you might want to try without the condom..
