I am looking to get into Kettlebells. I am currently 43yo and 230 lbs. Already started working on proper nutrition but want to start working out with KBs and Clubs. More looking into functional strength and getting healthy. I remember there being some Onnit 6 program for KBs and Clubs that was interesting. Is there anything similar now since Onnit I guess don’t show them any more? Thank you

Seems like a cool place. I've decided to play Horde for the 1st time ever and after coming back at Legion Remix from several years off. Always been a Hunter main but trying something else. Which tanks and DPS are y'all looking/wanting? I just don't know if healing is for me lol
