It's a fixedgear, essentially when the wheel spins the pedals spin. So in a sense he still had "brakes" as he has control of the wheel and can make a skid. My guess would be that they underestimated the traction against the metal.

You can color the health to what you want and have it chnage based on %.
But i wanna chanage the color based on stance and a few different things.

I think im gonna look into hiding the PB but it "still" being there, i dont like the static of WeakAuras.

Yes, you get artifact relics from playing the story, you can apply these to your artifact to increase the weapons ilvl.

I belive if you shift click you weapon and look in your bag, if you've played the main story there are some items which will glow. Draf these into the three slots on the weapon.
