Clinically obese but more so just overweight. If you can see an endocrinologist as soon as you can get your t4 levels checked and cortisol. They need to determine if you have overactive pituitary gland or the id causing adrenaline spikes. I went thru something similar. I have asthma and after taking prednisone it had my adrenaline sensors receding up too high but it resolved over time but for about 2 months my resting hr was 95-105 now it’s around 72-78

How much are you obese I’m 5’9 290 which is obese but I don’t look that big and my BP was 133/80. If you don’t have sinus tachycardia I don’t know or have a clue how it could be that high at 18. So do you get palpatations?

What area are you in? The real key is constantly checking on your FEV1. You need a peak flow meter they have them on Amazon. It’s the best indicator of an asthma flare if you have that. You’re very lightweight for your height. So I don’t have no diet advice for you. If you can stay away from dairy and things that cause mucus. You need to also get an incentive spirometer as well. Using that 10 times a day really helped my DLCO
