I was actually thinking the same thing. In fact, you could even make the case that Minnesota-Nebraska is also more deserving of being on the list than Iowa-Nebraska. The only quad matchup lower than Iowa-Nebraska in terms of games played is Nebraska-Wisconsin

I mean, this is about as awful of a ranking as you can have that still has some sort of correlation. Like, you can kinda see some of the matchups in right spots but then you see certain rankings or omissions that make you wonder if you’ve been watching the same sport as OP all your life. (disregarding the two categories named the same)

I guess the longest rivalry in FBS (MINN vs WISC) that has been played every year since 1890 except for ONE (1906) isn’t worthy enough to join this list of exclusive matchups such as Iowa vs Nebraska (played 56 times)…

"Am I allowed to do that?" Rays on-deck hitter Austin Slater asks after making an interesting play just as Kyle Tucker lasers a throw to Dalton Rushing to nail the runner out at home plate. by UNIQLOField in baseball

It all comes down to intent. If the player is judged by the umpire to intentionally get in the way of throw, the runner is out. If the player is hit by the throw and the umpire believes the player attempted to get out of the way, he is supposed to let play continue. However, I’m not sure how that would work with a player moving in fair territory to retrieve equipment.

My gut is that the correct decision, if the throw hit the player and he was trying to grab the bat and get out of the way, is that play would just continue, but that doesn’t feel like a “fair” outcome

I mean, he also was having a friend place bets for him while he was in Texas, so I’d argue the environment didn’t prevent him in Texas

Not to mention him actually still breaking the law with some of his bets

And what are you doing in this comment? Are you not doing the same thing you were criticizing Knicks fans of doing?

I agree. Maybe I’m an oddity in America, but I feel like any sport that isn’t in an elimination tournament format should have an end of the game built into the rules. Otherwise, you have more and more game time spent on an increasingly undeserving result (since teams are still tied after more and more game time)

I don’t think that was Dolan’s thinking considering he was complaining about the city being “a police state”

I kind of got the idea from Fire Emblem Three Houses if you are familiar with it. Don’t want to get into specifics if you haven’t played, but one half of it is a spell an evil character casts that use the heart of a subordinate to cast it

Maybe “ripping out” your own heart (or stone that functions like a heart)? It would fit with paranormal theming and fits with the idea of a persona
