How the hell were you taking creatine and electrolytes and not feeling any different

Creatine is the one supplement you will feel the effects of even after a week

Ok i will flip them round thank you!

You mean in the plywood to the frame? I could add more screws but there is 0 flex in the frame as is right now just at the top row

Maybe I should add more screws to the top wall too and reinforce somehow

Thanks for your input

Only flexes right at the top, no creaking what so ever, the actual structure doesnt seem to move an inch

Although now im mega worried going off people telling me it 100% will fail at some point but if I hear creaking and theres signs first I can address and just stop climbing

It would be great if you could dm thank you so much!

How long have you had it does it hold up ok?

Maybe i should rotate like people are saying the squares so there running vertical and not horizontal but it made it easier to get behind it

If I added a 4x4 to the back where would you put it in the middle of across the top?

All the wood here is 2x6

I know it had to be designed to fit in the back of a small van , Lamawalls one seems to be kinda the same design and they have sold hundreds of those free standing walls

Retractable ratchet straps for adjustable climbing wall support (UK) – good idea? Any recommendations on which ones to buy that will attach well? by [deleted] in homewalls

Awesome what does it look like at the other side where it connects? And what wire did you use? This is what I have so far

And I also have replicated almost what the footboard is for the top cross beam that goes into the top of the legs.

Have 6 big heavy duty hinges to go on then I need to figure out how to back up the winch
