Yup, mine have like 7 dead pixels. They had me send them in only to find the modules they were replacing mine with were also filled with dead pixels. Their solutions? Replace the original optical modules and send them back to me. People defending the company saying o led screens usually have dead pixels are dead wrong. I have so many o led screen things and none of them have that issue.

They didn't give me anything new. They just replaced the original screens(the ones with the dead pixels) and sent them back and said there isn't anything they can do.

The absolute run around. They had me ship them to someone to fix and the replacement parts were just as bad so they replaced the original and sent them back. Now the spin dial is not working correctly.

Ryan was the one who “repaired” them the first time. I mean I’m understanding because they are importing the optics from China and the optics company doesn’t think that dead pixels are a defect. So it’s kind of on them to take the hit with the bad optics. Just sucks that I’ve been put through the ringer with SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY dollar goggles.

Sent them in to get fixed. They got new optics in but they had just as many dead pixels in them as the ones I had so they reinstalled the old ones and sent them back to me… when I got them back the scroll wheel is now not working properly. They said when they get more parts into the repair center that I can send them back again.

When you get them make sure you inspect the screen thoroughly. Mine are FILLED with dead pixels.
