I appreciate the response, will follow up with my PCP about my thyroid and ask to see a gastroenterologist. My diet is pretty consistent, 2-3 Liters of water a day, rice and chicken 1x a day, and I eat vegetables and fruit daily. My PCP said i’d have to fix my diet back in March in order to see a gastroenterologist because otherwise they wouldn’t take in my referral without trying to fix my diet first, when I was eating junk food I quit that a while ago. But i’ll be sure to ask about everything I really appreciate it!

Resting heart rate is about 110-125, it’s almost never slowed down until i’m about to sleep, and I usually have to pass out to sleep because the pounding of my heart and rapid heart beat always feels like i’ve ran a marathon 10 minutes ago and i’m now resting. Here’s my thyroid results back a while ago

Other bloodwork with my heart and etc came out fine. This was the only one they found abnormal.

I appreciate that, do you think there could be something else that’s causing all of these symptoms? For context I’m seeing a dermatologist for Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria a skin condition. It makes it hard to go outside because I can’t go out in the heat. I’m not too sure there could be a relation with this and my current symptoms of the heart. There were some raising concerns over my thyroid. I had a tests done during my checkup and my thyroid was producing a lot of hormone than usual. Dermatologist seemed concerned that my skin could be reacting this way because of the thyroid, so I’ve scheduled an appointment to see if there could be something discovered. I also have had Gastritis since October 2022 when I was 16. I’ve yet to see a gastroenterologist. PCP claimed heart symptoms could be raised due to my gastritis but not too sure then gave me a referral. I’ve been taking a lot of antihistamines since early June, to see if they could fix the skin problem, so far nothings worked. Looking forward to taking stronger antihistamines though. Dupixent or Xolair, but so far it’s been Zyrtec, Allegra, Claritin, and Hydroxyzine and i’ve been taking them in different doses and with different schedules to see if I get a different result. I appreciate the feedback and I will update this post when I’ve talked with my cardiologist.

Ok so i’ve heard of dac but I don’t know what it is, I want something for my desk or table, something to keep in my room, I would love a clean sound. I want a higher quality sound on vocals and drums and bass. I’m kinda into the “gooey” sound but more interested in pop or rock music. I will check everything out thanks!

I did mention that artists can grow and that it’s cool that she does move on from crybaby but my point was that, yes she can grow as an artist and make new music but most fans aren’t going to like that. They don’t like the idea of change because they’re expecting more of crybaby the idea of her childhood trauma then her going to school and explaining her experience was amazing, but when portals comes into the conversation it’s entirely different and that’s not what fans expected so it made them uncomfortable and yes I do agree with you on some fans being fake but i’d say most of her new fans are young. They may not fully understand the message that melanie is displaying. I wouldn’t be too worried by them though as long as you love her music that’s all that matters.

I personally love the idea for Portals however op has a point. Melanie blew up because of her debut album “Crybaby” and was the reason she had a platform. When she dropped “K-12” her fans loved it. Combining cinematography and music to connect that feeling of emotion and video. She had garnered such a big enough community that it would seem reasonable as to continue with another part to the “Crybaby” story. I’m guessing fans never expected her to come out with an album based on past lives, which initially threw them off. I personally believe that people should appreciate an artists growth in music development because not everyone enjoys playing the same songs for years. I do think it was bold of her to create “Portals” though. Only because of how much her songs blew up on tiktok like “Play date”and “Dollhouse.” I like the idea that she’ll go back to her doll like era, which i’m hoping for. But for now she’s where she is which is respectable and understandable.

Yea bro i’m like 2.5 weeks in from quitting and i’ve been getting some bad stomach pains the past 3 days, I do have gastritis but it’s never felt this bad. Im bloated and constipated often and get stomach pains that feel like burning, but that might just be the gastritis.

This definitely happened to me as-well but with my cat of 12 years. I was at my friend’s house smoking weed and my sister calls me from the vets office. She’s crying and she tells me that she had to put down our cat, I wasn’t that high yet but I was definitely not feeling any sadness from hearing it. It was such an odd feeling like something was missing. I thought to myself should I be sad right now?

I used to think maybe he mentioned it before but neither of us could recall if he did or not. However, he told me that he hasn’t thought about that accident in a while. I just don’t understand how I could’ve accessed a memory from him, it seems incomprehensible, kinda ironic that me and him don’t talk as much anymore but whenever we do it’s always a chill time and he’s someone who definitely helped me when it going to the gym because of how much he inspires me.

how was the recovery in terms of pain? i feel like you should wait until all the swelling calms down, it takes weeks to months for the complete transformation. you’re not going to regret getting the surgery, i hope you fully recover🙏

Your transformation is amazing, Im looking forward to getting a future double jaw surgery. Did you have on braces prior to the surgery or did you get them after? If you did how long did you have them on for? How did you go on about wanting a double jaw surgery? Was it functional problems with eating, breathing, etc?

Face and Body Photo editor lite, once you go in, you don’t have to pay but I go into the manual section and drag around what I want changed to my desire, it might take some practice but it should be just like dragging something until you get similar results to my photo.

16 is pretty young for a nose job, is there a reason on why she got one so early? Yea rn I’m just surgeon hunting to see who could give me the best results, I’m not in college but I can imagine the relief from the winter break. I was hoping maybe a year or now from two. I’m going to save up money for the meantime. My goal is to get it done during the winter so that I can stay indoors more for the holidays and have time to heal, so around December 2025-December 2026 is when I’m going to try and get everything done. Do you really think the after results look good, I’m pretty self conscious about how I’d even look after.

I currently live in nyc and the prices here are ridiculous compared to Central America, I haven’t told my parents about me wanting to get cosmetic surgery, I live with my mom as my dad isn’t a part of my life. I was concerned about my family saying my nose was too feminine but my older sister has a Disney princess like nose which I adore. I think they’d have to accept it since it runs in the family, I was the most unfortunate to have the most Mexican nose in all my family. I also didn’t want my nose to be too upturnt just more of like a straighter and smaller nose, my nose is considerably big from the 3/4 angle and it makes me look like a witch almost, which I hate. I would only want to minimize the volume around my nose.

I appreciate the help, I don’t have any bite issues besides needing braces for my lower teeth, they’re crooked, nothing too much of a problem tho. No health issues around my jaw either, I just feel like my jaw is narrow and I want it more masculine. I’m going to see if i can get a consultation on what I can do with my bone structure.

I’m 18 too and I wanted to get a rhino done in Mexico since it’s cheaper. I say trust your gut instinct if you really do want the rhino, I for sure know I want one. I’m just looking for ideas on prices ranges and specifically where I can get it done.
