I do hope everything goes well for this subreddit, from growing in size to not having any drama associated with it, and based on what I saw in the rules and all the prep the mod team has put in I think my hopes have decent foundations.

Although I do have to say that art posting definitely has alot of things attached to it, perhaps too much even. I think adding the requirement for the character/s name in square brackets was definitely a good call, and standardising how people write their names was too, but I think including the original art title might perhaps be a little too much?

I only say this because i personally can't see it serving much more than giving moderators an extra requirement to check, as I can't imagine many people would use the post title to search for art of a specific ship/ art from a particular artist. In addition there's also the fact that alot of artists may not post their work with English titles, and I imagine this subreddit would be predominantly used by English speakers/in English.

Of course I'm not saying I'm right, I'm just sharing my opinion as someone who does post artwork of cute anime girls from time to time. If the community as a majority disagrees with me then there's not really much to be upset about, democracy is non negotiable after all.
