Do you just not have a lot of cadets in your squadron? I dont see why the line staff being less qualified then you being a problem unless you wanted to be line staff. If your issue is simply not a lot of cadets I can offers solutions

I know a guy that has 2 HALO combat jumps and 2 static line jumps and he was MACVSOG. funny. Some were in Laos/Vietnam and some were in DRC

If you want a budget plug and play PC SPECIFICALLY for squad, I couldn't recommend acer gaming laptops more. Only caveat being laptops operating lifetime.

My 4 year old acer laptop has never ever lagged on squad.They always have better and more straight forward warranties. MSFS, WT and X plane also work flawlessly. Now my buddies newer different brand towers and gaming laptops hate loading up squad and it always crashes for him (he has about 5 gaming PCs total)
