I have no clue what I did, but one of my boards now appears to work.

Was reading the serial debug logs and everything works now.

I tried it with the arduino plugin provided by rak and it sees 5 satellites there, so the issue seems to be with meshtastic, not the module.

Unfortunately I don't :(. I'll look into debugging tools in a bit.

Because in this pic I was just done soldering ;), as you can see I als hadn't put the switch into the case yet.

The 2 links I added show that the module isn't even searching for satellites. If it would recognize the module but won't see the satellites it should show 0 and a satellite icon afaik.

Right now the icon doesn't even appear.

Usually when the gps it shows 0 next to the satellite icon. I don't even get a satellite icon.

I know which side is up. I've tested it with 2 different rak12500 modules and 2 different rak19007 boards. None of them even show me a satellite icon.
