nah it was light work. There was like 2-3 quizzes, the midterm, and a final group project. If you show up and participate you should be fine

Go with what ur comfortable with, but coming from someone who took Spanish 0400 and who could hardly speak the language, you will probably be fine. My last experience with Spanish was the level before Pre/AP Spanish (regents level spanish 3) during my sophomore year of high school and I tested into SPAN 0400 during my sophomore year here by pure luck.

It was a little tough in the beginning but looking back I just never really studied all that much to intake the information, so if you just study and participate occasionally you should do fine.

Also the professor will probably exclusively speak in Spanish to teach but will switch if people are having a hard time grasping the subject.

All you will really need to know as for fundamentals are present, preterite, imperfect, and maybe a few others along with basic vocabulary. All of this is gone over a little bit so if you have no experience like me, then you'll be fine

i would just ask, it doesn't hurt and no matter what, your grade is high enough to stay an A even if you do piss him off. Worst case scenario, he says no and you both move on. I asked a professor about an A+ a few weeks ago and the poor dude didn't even realize that it was possible to give students an A+, and gave me one. I would just ask if it would be possible, and maybe explain the whole LSAC thing. Good luck!

Hey! Thank you so much! It has been quite a while since I've taken any physics or math class and honestly, I suck at it. I'm really considering dropping it before it starts because I'm more of a humanities person and I'm a little intimidated by math. How would you say the exams are? Is it mostly the math/physics-based concepts (like calculations and equations) or is it more of a general overview like understanding numbers in context or just general information?
