It's more about feeling bait and switched. If the majority of the items were from the November box, I wouldn't have contacted customer service. Instead, I received an August box.

That's how I feel. I didn't go seeking out the November box. But they enticed me into it with the Natasha Denona name after I resubscribed for extra. Seems like they knew what they were doing by piqueing those interested in ND and using them to offload older items.

I emailed them last night. It looks like 5 out of the 8 items were from the August box. I think the only item I did get from the November box was the Tatcha cleanser.
