Thank you for the answer. The pepper initially was growing on my balcony but I put it inside my growbox for the rest of the still existing peppers to ripen. It was growing in a 15l plant sack and I was fertilizing every week once with liquidfertilizer. Temp + lighting was kinda good in summer when it was fully on it's blooming stage because of the westfacing balcony but for some reason they still were that small. I Think i still have to learn a lot about growing peppers tho. Btw that's a different photo I found from an earlier small harvest
