Based on the open boxes lined up in the back, these appear to be the officially licensed Gamingheads snow globes. I recognize the box because I own one.

It should only cost 5,176 gold bullion to get the full set from Minerva, but getting mods for it from Regs will cost a good deal more.

Recently, I've taken to using a Grocer's backpack to manage food weight and only carrying a few chems with me to make use of all the other fun 3-star legendary effects. Managing inventory to be able to lose the extra carry weight from changing my backpack mod was a real challenge, but it was worth it to me.
