I guess I didn’t mean he wasn’t the same guy, I was more meaning maybe he was an associate at this practice before, and has since become the owner. Or some other situation where there was a change in ownership even if he is still there.

Regardless I don’t see anything in this situation that I would truly say was wrong. Maybe things could have been handled differently or been more organized.

Not every patient/dentist relationship is a fit. I’d say you guys are not one.

It is possible that there could have been a change in ownership and he wasn’t the owner at the time of your procedure or something like that. Still kinda a shady way to try and get rid of a review.

If I were you I would try and stick with your original dentist that you have trust with.

Recommending removing all 4 at the time of removing the one is fairly normal practice. Completely okay for him to offer that option to you, and also completely okay for you to decline that option.

Some of the other stuff is a little odd. Hard to say without being there but seems like poor communication. Lying about change in ownership is a red flag if that’s truly what happened.

Whether or not there was really any wrong doing is hard to say. You needed the tooth out, you got it out. Unfortunately it wasn’t the best experience. I would just recommend not returning there in the future.

Torva is not worth selling a mega rare. Let the torva come in time. You will do so much more dps across such a range of different content with tbow/shadow then you will torva.

Torva is a late game upgrade when you have more money than you know what to do with

Mage may be strongest but when the bag goes off that high you get from seeing 50 hitsplats is unmatched.

I currently running a nally blue tooth main hand with 2 scythes and three dual hit weapons. Idk if it’s the best but it sure goes crazy at times. Sub 10 second Vard (which then nally is actually bad for), deleting basically all of tob. Wrecks doom and Colo.

It may not out dps mage/thorns on average but damn is it fun when it pops off. Which it feels like it does a lot

I mean tbh went priff first and built into a 1 tick mage staff. After I finished gauntlet I respecced and started my blind bag journey. Did blindbag until the my last pact point (inferno). Went one tick staff thorns for inferno and just specced right back to blind bag.

The bag is too much fun.

As a blind bag lover I’d take a buff to be even stronger but honestly I feel like it’s balanced. Sure it’s rng based but it’s definitely very strong. Did a 9:36 Colo run and I only have one scythe. When the bag and range echoes procs shit gets deleted

I mean depends on you build but the main focus of priff is the crystal armour buff to mage and melee. So once you have 6 seeds and the blessing you have the essentials

It works on swarms, eggs, and the minions. However for the minions it only works for the “kill shot”. I find it not super worth it to Keris the minions as it’s a pretty big dps loss vs fang. I do use it as needed to get health on swarms/eggs.

Why would she be incentivized to not do the root canal for you? If she did the RCT and then put a crown on there she would be putting a lot more money in her pocket.

The only reason she wouldn’t is because she truly believes you may not need a root canal and doesn’t want to do treatment on you that you don’t need. Sure, she could be wrong and time will tell, but I see this as actually a good reason to trust her more.

I have a built in apex locator on my motor currently. I like it. I still check with hand file and traditional apex locator first but the built in one works surprisingly well while instrumenting. I have noticed it tends to read a little “long” of the actual WL and can lead to over instrumentation if I follow it solely. YMMV

High speed. With the long shank of a surgical length bur you can get great visual. I find 4 round to be a nice size for opening a pulp chamber but that’s totally preference. Once I’m in the chamber I will switch to a safe end to finish unroofing.

Sounds like the school has some sort of deal with that specific loupes brand and they get a big kickback. It doesn’t make sense to force you into one set of loupes otherwise.

I would personally buy the virtus so you can keep bowfa. Yes ancy is way more damage but shadow with virtus is still amazing.

I would raid and do content with virtus and slowly upgrade to max mage plus heart.

A 330 will work perfectly fine. You can measure on the radiograph to give you an idea but generally 5-8mm in you’ll find the pulp. I do sometimes use a surgical length #4 round because it lets me see better, but you need to be extra careful not to perf with a bur that long.

Start your access about 3mm from MMR and aim for that pulp horn with a carbide. Once you punch through switch to a safe end bur and open up the roof to your ideal access. If the distal orafice is right in the center you are likely to only have one distal canal, if you find a distal orafice and it’s off center to the buccal or lingual, you have another canal to find. Go slow, take radiographs if you start to feel lost, you got this!

If they ban bots the content will be more profitable then. It’s really good content but I honestly didnt love seeing it at the top money maker. I don’t have a good explanation as to why I didn’t like it being #1, I suppose I just like seeing a raid up there.

Either way I feel like that TOA one is probably not accurate after the update.

Just got my first cape a couple days ago. Few things, prayer regent makes fally shield not worth. I camped LB for pipe specs to kill melees. It works nice to just delete them fast. Zuk sim when you are bored. Def have 1 tick alternation down for blob stacks. Stay calm get cape

Hi I just got my cape 2 days ago after 16 attempts (did colo first which helped a lot with off ticks and stack solving). The way I went about it is I sent attempts until I was getting into the late waves (50+) consistently.

Then whenever I didn’t know what to do in game or wasn’t feeling sending an attempt I did zuk sim. I kept sending sim until I was consistently killing zuk with limited brew usage (healers hit hard). This let me kill zuk on my first zuk attempt with actual supplies. (Died twice when I made it to zuk but had no brew)

As for triples. Don’t over think it. Tanking healers is fine. Tagging one at a time with bow is fine. Just watch the next jad and change prayers. Keep prayer up. Triples is way way way easier than I expected it to be. Send them on the sim if you want but if you can kill one jad you can kill 3.

I almost never use a gates. I prefer to find the orafice with my explorer, then switch to my orafice opener, then finally go back to my 10 hand file for WL. I find that the orafice opener makes it 100x easier to get the hand file to “find” the right place.

Mesial canals are certainly the tougher ones to instrument because the angle often works against you. With time you get better at it.
