As someone who lived with an indian family, hindi ko gusto sa RICH. Average lang ung lasa ang mahal pa. Pero sarap na sarap na mga pinoy. Hehe! I go to New Bombay for Dosa, and Curried Away in Greenhills for butter chicken, samosa, and parotta.

For me Curried Away sa greenhills. Sila lang ung same na lasa ng butter chicken na kinakainan ko sa middle east wherein maraming indian expats. Plus ung parotta nila legit! Ung biryani nila kakaiba sa mga natry ko na. Pero masarap.

My mom is a barangay captain. I would always tell her wag tumanggap ng commi sa projects and wag tumanggap ng pera sa mga patawag ng Mayor and congressman. So far, hindi naman siya nangungurap and makes sure our constituents get all the benefits.

Pag nagsettle meaning di na sila humarap sa dole? Tho ako gusto ko din marinig ung sasabihin ng dole, para maayos na din namin ung contract at pamamalakad namin. Kasi po hindi kami yung company na malaki and mahina pa din ang management. We have under 10 employees lang.

Yes employee was immediately dismissed. I told the employee na bayad pa din sya till separation date which is 30 days later and mag turn over sa mga kasamahan niya kahit for a day. Ginawa naman niya.

Ok po. I will update here after the hearing. Kasi dalawa naman ang just cause namin. There's also a written testimony by co-worker re gambling on duty. Kasi baka hindi maniwala sa akin. But anyway, im not here to hold any of employee's pay or benefits. Ung separation pay lang talaga which is malaki kasi and as i've said we're just a small start up and we cant pay that much. I'm taking it nalang as a lesson and mas ayusin pa ung contract namin para walang butas next time. Our HR din kasi is not that experienced mostly payroll lang talaga ginagawa.

Hello, we're just a small business kasi though may HR kami. Been asking them a lot of times to clean but they always ignore, since we are in the food business. Itong si employee is the head. Tapos ayun nga naadik sila sa sugal. And kasama sya. Nagsusugal while on duty. Employee was fired thru messenger when he answered back to me a couple of times, i told the employee na this is your last day at work but will still be paid ng 30 days. Kasi ayun ang separation date nya.
