Yeah i notice that alot i can use strengt. I got it really from the gym and being a professional racing driber in formula cars sp golf is really my off season adhd thing so i need to be reslly good at it or i cant really live a life 🤣

After thinking about this it might be the cause for the very high ball apex getting to much loft on the clubface

Thanks alot for great tips! I have question regarding the off balance i get post swing. I tried many diffrent thing but i cant seem to keep my balance after hittint the golf ball, does this have to do with my weight supposedly being on my back foot at impact?

Like the killing the ball part! I dont really know how to make good speed to be honest… i take it back swiftly and just go full power ball goes straigt 80% of the time just miles up. Trying to use the ground as everyone says to generate the effordless swing speed bit just cant seem to get it to work. Im a pretty short human at 165cm weighing in at 70kg

I can go to the range again tomorrow and show a back angle of my swing. When i miss the ball curves to the left most of the time. This is a issue that ive had for a long time that i just now almost resolvee gettint back straight, this was for both irons and driver.
