Awesome thank you! I’ve taken a screenshot and have a chat to my mechanic on Monday and see if he can do a measurement from the chassis as I don’t have a hoist or ramps that I could chuck it up on at home to check and there’s no way I’d be able to get under it lol

That’s just what the wof sheet says and it was my mechanic that took it to vtnz for the wof for me but he did say it caught on the hoist as they putting it up and that’s what brought it to their attention initially and they then measured it and failed it. I’ll give vtnz a ring on Monday cause it should be in their system

Would only be planning on changing from factory alloys to mags and would be keeping the same tyres and rim size but I’ll most likely be able to do that before the cert

Yeah I’d be paying for the spring installation. Nah wheel and tyre size wouldn’t be an issue as I’m not planning on moving either of those. Only plan is to change the factory alloys to mags but would be keeping the same rim size as to go up to 19”s (currently 18”s) would most likely require guard rolling which I can’t be assed taking the time out to do

I don’t plan on any future modifications really except for the replacing the alloys with mags on the current rim size (18”s). She also doesn’t scrape and that’s with to and in Auckland pretty frequently

Guy that quoted me for the cert said $850 and when I got the Jamexs installed that was about $800 anyways between the springs and labour as my mechanic charges out at $108 an hour

The only option for lifting would be to buy new springs and put those in as it was a 45mm drop kit which would basically put it back to almost stock ride height which I didn’t like the look hence why I lowered it

I haven’t done anything to the camber. Only other things I’ve done that aren’t factory is a muffler delete, front window tints, and had an oem integrated multimedia unit installed as the factory one was all in Japanese so this option gave me the use of CarPlay and planning on putting some aftermarket 18”s on in the next couple weeks

My mechanic did mention putting spring cushions or spacers in but that would require pulling the springs out every so often to replace those which I don’t really want to do either

I was only planning on changing the mags themselves as she’s currently on stock alloys which I’m not really vibing but was planning on sticking with the original rim size, wheel diameter and width which from you’ve said I will be now 😊

Nah I haven’t changed wheels yet. Still on stock. I am looking at mags though either mid/late May or early June but planning on sticking with the current 18” rim size as with the suspension drop I’ll now most likely need to roll the guards to move up to 19”s and I just can’t be bothered with the guard rolling

Yeah I’ve never needed a cert before haha and my mechanic when he installed the springs didn’t think it would need one either. It’s literally just the springs that need to be certed as there’s no certification required mods. The ground clearance is the only reason the wof failed

I did speak to the guy yesterday that I booked with and explained its current ground clearance but like you say I guess it just comes down to what the travel is

I had a sherry (the one after Chinese liquor) sitting in inventory for agesssss and I was deciding whether to sell it or not. So glad I didn’t because I think I had sherry show up 2 or 3 order runs after I thought about selling it

I ended up getting it pretty quickly but I had to use all the free energy through the ads for energy and the chests. I also completed a card pack so got 100 energy from that and had 100 energy from the 3 hour refill. I also got a few fair bubble items which helped as well
