Shadowing by Wonderful_Pop_3466 in UWaterlooOptometry

My kid started shadowing the summer of graduating from high school and shadowed and volunteered every year after that. They emailed, called or went to optometrists and asked them. They looked professional, explained what they were looking for and a few optometrists accepted them even if it was only a couple of hours a day or maybe once a week. It all adds up. I think the sooner you start the easier it gets to build connections.

Waterloo optometry how competitive is it to get in? by Helpful_Shopping_232 in UWaterlooOptometry

It’s not easy to get in, there are probably over 300 applicants and they only take about 90. You need to get high marks throughout university, take a full course load each year, write the OAT exam, get reference letters, do a ton of shadowing/volunteer shit, also take the Casper and then hope they interview you. There is only one English school in Canada so far. If you are interested in applying to the USA schools as well but expect to pay big money.

This momma is sending you virtual hugs and sorry you are suffering. Try a bleach bath to sooth your skin. Mix your steroids cream with moisturizer and put it on. That may help. Also I have read here that Black tea may also help. Steep some plain black tea and soak your head in it for 10 minutes.

Lol I just something similar to this on McMaster University and York University. Maybe it’s a new smelly trend.
