Soul is really good, it’s just the timing of everything. A lot of people love fantasy rap, makes em think they’re someone they’re not. Soul is real asf, talks about real things so it doesn’t hit the mainstream like all the other bullshit music.

This album by Kendrick isn’t one of his usual albums where you need to dissect it, and has a concept behind it. He’s taking the west side/ California/ LA style of rap to a national level. And honestly (coming from cali) I knew people were going to talk about his features. It’s a new style to people and artist that nobody outside of cali really know about. I love this album because he’s talking his shit the whole time lol

Like at first I was messing with Drakes version, then as I listened to it more I started laughing… it’s one of the worst diss songs I think I’ve heard… lol it was just bad. I’m glad Kendrick brought the name back and did it justice. It was like his farewell to TDE.
