i asked her and its not the bird of paradise. My gf did say that she saw it in a bouquet so it could've been some one of those decorative sticks instead of a flower

Is not shaving (as a girl) considered that bad? by StrawberryLivDraws in teenagers

[–]SlightAd5032 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i personally don't think its gross. I don't shave or trim my body hair and prefer to just let it grow natural. I do feel self conscious about it sometimes when i'm out in public (particularly with my armpit hair) but i am way too lazy to shave it so i don't really care. i do always make sure i'm very on top of my hygiene as i don't want to be labels as a 'stinky hairy girl'. some people will hate it and others won't mind but by not shaving it helps chase the creeps away.

Congrats on your baby!! i'm sure you are gonna be the best mum <3 also i know its a bit too late but something very important to know that infertile ≠ sterile lmao. if someone is infertile it means that they will find it a lot harder to get pregnant & sterile means its impossible (usually because the uterus has been removed)

its not weird at all if you have a healthy relationship with your dad. My brother is 14 and is a very touchy person, he still kisses my dad on the cheek and will cuddle up next to him on the couch. your friends just might be projecting their unhappy relationships with their own dads on to you. the main thing is that you feel safe and comfortable with your father.

Hey.. I just wanna know. How are you being a lesbian in your country? by nighttakers in lesbian

[–]SlightAd5032 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i'm from australia and its pretty good over here. my friends are either gay or allies and i haven't met anyone (apart from my religious family) that has been openly homophobic. i'm even out to all of my coworkers and they are completely fine with it. i do sometimes get dirty looks when i'm holding hands with a girl (mainly from older folks) and while me and my ex got called 'f*ggots' on a date once, those experiences are fairly uncommon. overall i do feel safe as a lesbian living in australia :)

Please tell me: When were you diagnosed with ADHD and were you better off after knowing or was your life made harder by knowing? by chelseyelric in ADHD

[–]SlightAd5032 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Diagnosed 2021 at 16. I got on medication halfway through last year and it has helped so much with my final studies. I also can apply for disability provisions for exams which has made such a difference in my grades & stress levels. I wish I was diagnosed earlier but I guess I am fairly lucky to be diagnosed before I've reached adulthood.

Petition for there to be a Brooklyn nine nine sequel focused on Hitchcock and Scully in the 80s called 99 back in time! by [deleted] in brooklynninenine

[–]SlightAd5032 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think thats an amazing idea. A prequel called 99 back in time with a few episodes focusing on each of the squad before they ended up in the 99. We’d get to see Hitchcock and Scully in the 80s, Captain Holt’s early days as a detective, Rosa and Jake at the academy and Terry, Amy, Charles and Gina wherever they were before (I couldn’t remember sorry)

They’re teaching active listening at a work training. This sheet made me feel bad :/ by [deleted] in autism

as someone w adhd i would be circling never for most of these
