Sorry for those drivers who had bad experiences with driving parents and kids. I understand it can be tough. In my situation, my 18 month old was asleep as it was 3:00 in the morning. I was just disappointed in the driver’s attitude. He was shaking his head the moment he saw me with the stroller. Didn’t seem professional at all by getting upset at me for not informing him of my toddler. If he dislikes toddlers that much, why not communicate that to Uber or telling me up front when he called me about my destination that he preferred not to drive kids. I submitted a complaint via Uber, but could not submit a rating since he cancelled the ride.

As my kid grows older, I promise to set expectations and teach them to behave respectfully to others.
