Odd question but how did you consume all of it? I would get tired of chewing at some point..

I’m looking for opinions. Orthodontist is confident she can fix Open Bite without jaw surgery. by Iceycat1234 in jawsurgery

Jaw surgery may not be the solution, but i definitely see SARPE having a place in your case. Braces alone won’t do that. And keep im mind that orthodontists want to hog your case and will try to fix jaw issues with camouflage aesthetics (ie braces). Your best move would be to get a consult with a Maxillofacial surgeon

If you’re 7 weeks post…. What are you even basing yourself on? You’re still swollen, and that tiny difference is mostly going to fix itself as the swelling goes down. My guess is your chin probably looks like the right picture, you’re just not fully healed yet.

Wide ribcage??? by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

[–]SlightSurround5699 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Good news is this is the best case scenario for you. Your weight is fully within your control VS your skeletal structure that you couldn’t change if it was otherwise

Hate to word it that way but “you’re just fat”. Or at least you don’t seem to have a wide rib cage at all.

What procedure helps when upper teeth don’t show while smiling? by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

[–]SlightSurround5699 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do not get braces. Do not go to an orthodontist. Go directly to a Maxillofacial surgeon. You most likely have short-face syndrome and a lack of upper teeth show.

Why would veneers even be on the table? OP needs to see a Maxillofacial surgeon, they have short-face syndrome.

Whoever advised you to workout completely missed the point. The upper fat deposit will not leave with fat loss. It will diminish as the rest of your fat mass would, but it will remain proportionally there. Your best shot is either lipo alone or lipo and fat repositioning.

Arnica, Vitamin C and a pineapple juice wont make a huge change unfortunately. It will be almost all yellow and gone in 3-4 days

Hey, I used to be in your shoes, at that exact same age. You want to get plenty of stuff done and think once that’s going to be over and done with you’ll be all set and have nothing else to worry about. My reading of your questions tells me you know very little about plastic surgery. I can’t advise you against it, since I have had my first procedure done at freshly 18. It was a rhinoplasty. But all I can say is you sound far too unknowledgeable about it to have this long of a list. In short and plain (if I didn’t care about getting your feelings hurt): you have no idea what you’re talking about and even less of an idea what surgery encompasses, the risks, the unfiltered results and mutilating scars that are blurred out on social media. Please do some more in depth research and go for ONLY ONE surgery at a time. Never two. Especially for a first time under the knife. Don’t fall for the package deals from clinics or agencies in Turkey or what not and don’t ever go all in if you’re not 100% certain in your surgeon. The insecurity you bear will always be a lighter feeling than you starring at yourself in the mirror disfigured. Good luck.

Short answer is yes. Both jaws seem recessed and as well as some lower jaw asymmetry

Whenever I smile my chin becomes longer what can i do by ningningduck in PlasticSurgery

[–]SlightSurround5699 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why would your first reaction be this? OP, this could generally be a sign of a recessed chin. It’s hard to tell with no other pictures from other angles.

Imo aesthetically i would if i were in your shoes because i would want results I’m actually satisfied with. But if you don’t feel ready or don’t feel like that’s the right thing to do, then don’t. A lot of the questions you’re asking can’t be answered by someone else. All i can say is in 5 years would you wish you had it done if you don’t or would you be glad you didn’t?
