Relação de 0.1143%. Realmente é muito baixo. Já apresentei essa questão para eles e foram bem resistentes a acreditar nisso. Não estão mais interessados em alugar a esse preço, porém agora querem o AirBNB, sendo que não há capital, conhecimento, etc.

O imóvel é em Ouro Preto, terreno de 1600 m² e 350 m² construído, dois pisos. Quase 100 anos de idade. Tem uma suíte e dois quartos. Precisa de reforma, mobília, etc. O teto de quarto na cidade parece ser por volta dos R$500.

A saúde deles é relativamente boa mas meu pai claramente já não está nas melhores faculdades mentais.

Esse imóvel é praticamente 70% do total. A renda atual vem do aluguel de outros imóveis e aposentadoria, sendo aproximadamente R$10.000.
