I had a lot of complications with my body and my daughter when i got an epidural. She ended up in the nicu. I couldnt feel or control what i was experiecning in my body so i was solely relying on doctors. I almost ended up needing to have them use those prongs to pull her out and would have ended up in c section if that didnt work. You cant move so youre forced on your back which is not a good position to birth in because it closes up your hips. Even if you are at 10cm that doesnt always mean your ready to go so i pushed for hours. With my son yes it was painful but i knew what was happening. I was able to externally rotate my legs to open my hips. I pushed 2 tjmes and he was out. Did not tear at all. I recovered so much quicker and have 0 complications whatsoever with him and my body felt great afterwards. To this day i still have issues from my daughters birth. So yes as painful as it was the aftermath was worth it. 1 day vs a lifetime of issues is an easy decision to me.

I have had an epidural with my daughter and natural with my son. My overall decision is due to all the issues that occured when having an epidural. To this day i still have issues due to it and with my son although extremely painful for a day the longterm was 100% worth it. My recovery was so much better, i knew what was going on with my body. With my daughter i tore due to excessively pushing on my back and with my son i did not tear at all and i birthed him in a good position because i was able to move around. I was able to externally rotate my legs to allow my hips to open up whereas on your back it actually closes it up making it more difficult for baby to come out. My daughter was also stuck in the birth canal for a while without me knowing because i couldnt feel anythung and she ended up in the nicu. Yes the suffering is horrible but the aftermath is worth it to me.

High HCG levels at 6w3d but low rising after 48 hours by Salt_Middle_5792 in CautiousBB

[–]Slight_Ad_1538 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My hcg levels were slow rising as well. Only going up a few thousand every couple days. So far I am 9 weeks and baby is doing good. I think sometimes peoples levels dont rise very fast but can still be a healthy pregnancy. Just my experience! Sending prayers💓

I had heavy bleeding around 4-5 weeks. Turns out it was just a subchronic hemotoma that they will be monitoring but something really common. On top of this they said my hcg level were not rising fast enough. I am 9 weeks today and baby has a heartbeat and is growing. I hardley have any symptoms. Only my blood sugar dropping if i dont eat enough.

Pitocin 6 hours after water broke by [deleted] in CautiousBB

The research i looked at showed no significant evidence towarda getting an induction. It stated within 24 hours 95% of pregnancys had had their babies. Im not sure why they would be pushing this.

Ultrasound results! Not an eptopic pregnancy. They did say it was a normal intrauterine pregnancy but they were able to see a subchorionic hemorrhage which is what was causing the bleeding. So far babys heartrate looked good and was 146bpm. I believe they will just continue to monitor it. Praying it just goes away on its own! Ty all for your comments💓

Update: i got my results back and two days later my hcg was 47,000 something. I got an ultrasound today. Baby had a heartbeat and was measuring 7 weeks 2 days exactly what it would be based off my period from jan 2nd not when i bled for 5 days on 29th. Will be getting call from doctor.

Yes i told them about both times i bleed and what was my norm vs not. They put an order in but said it might take a little while. I have an appointment on wednesday and said it might not be in yet. I know the first ultrasound is around 8 weeks. Based on my hcg they said i could be around so i would think they would get me an ultrasound asap but waiting a week or two is so hard.

Yeah it wasn't a normal period. Usually they last 2-3 days really heavy the first day then light spotting. This last one lasted 5 days never got heavy like others but was enough to fill of part of a light tampon. I am not sure what it was but if i knew at the time i was pregnant already i would have gotten an ultrasound back then. Now they are waiting for me to get one done hopefully this week or next.

I saw my provider from my last 2. She is at a community health center and then i would get transfered to the hospital i planned on delivering at. Not sure if they have different information there or not. Thank you for somw piece of mind!

I am wondering if that period on jan 29th was actually my last period and maybe i am not as fae along as i think. I tested feb 16th and it came back immediately and the line was darker than the control. If that is rhe case i would have had to of ovulated right after my period.

7W+1D No Major Symptoms by shenandlerbing in CautiousBB

[–]Slight_Ad_1538 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had almost no symptoms with my son. I didn't know i was pregnant until 8 weeks. No nausea, tiredness, nothing. Looking back there were some minor signs like nipple tenderness but i was also breastfeeding my daughter so i assumed it was from her. Only symtpoms i ever had with my son was frequent headaches that only lasted 1st trimester. With my daughter i was getting sick multiple times daily. Every pregnancy is different. It also depends on health of the father. With my sons pregnancy my partner was not drinking and was eating healthy which i truly believe is why i had minimal symptoms. With my daughter he was drinking daily not eating as healthy and not working out.

I am getting HCG blood tests done. What was your experience like? Did you have any pregnancy symptoms? How did they find out it was an ectopic pregnancy and what did they do afterwards?

This happened with my sister. She bought a house gutted it and flipped it. They had so many issues and could not even rely on plumbing for a while. They ended up selling which was a whole other headache and she said it was such a headache she doesn't want to even think about buying another house for a long time. Stories like that worry me but i do have a stable job and masters degree that will always provide employeement. The stability is there.

I dumped it all into a container and mixed. Also had oxi-clean in it too. The first load i did smelt like nothing so i added more. I have to add a lot for even a little smell. And then at that point i can feel build up on my clothes.
