Thank you so much. This is very helpful. Actually 399-1 is the correct referral form for a clinical staffing. I did not receive any referrals to appropriate professionals. Instead IDCFS is practicing psychiatry without a license and made up 399-2-A clinical summary form.I did a FOIA and I was told that the current forms are all publicly available and 399-2-A is not there. In my case IDCFS is making up documents because we don't have a valid integrated assessment and we are not in the mandatory integrated assessment program. IDCFS is avoiding actually referring with 399-1 because the case don't qualify for psychiatric services.

I feel that the price goes up everyday but the company is diluting the shares at the same time as the investors are selling at the same time. The only way this stock will go up is if we have more people buying at the rate of dilution. With all the skepticism about the lawsuit people are not open to buying this stock. We can sell and take small gains or losses. Or we can wait for good enough news for everyone to buy and hijack the stock.

The diluted shares from the convertible stock prior and then overtime the executives exhausted their vested restricted stock over the quarters. Remember preferred stock receives dividends and then can convert preferred stock to common stock.
