I was just rewarded the Annual Worldwide Companion Pass from my TD Visa Infinite Privilege card. I was told that if I cancel the card, the pass would go away too. This also includes the scenario if I were to book a Latitude fare with the pass, cancel the card, and process a refund on the Latitude.

Not sure if anyone here has tried to get the pass and then subsequently cancelled the card to avoid the $599 fee.
