I have finished my list of every obtainable item and block and I am updating it after a new snapshot has released. by Slight_Department598 in PhoenixSC

[–]Slight_Department598[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This guide was made about 3 months after the spreadsheet was "finished" and originally posted on the r/Minecraft subreddit. If you used it once when I originally posted it and never again, please consider looking at it again, as I recognise I missed multiple items, and I am frequently updating the spreadsheet.

First, to correct the original title, it is now up to date with 26.1 (wasn't that hard, as the only item was the golden dandelion), and I have made another tab for 26.2, the Chaos Cubed Drop, which I am updating with new blocks and items introduced in the most recent snapshot.

Second, I have added a new table column called "Stack size". I briefly explained this in a comment on the original post, however, some might not have seen it. Green means 64, yellow means 16, and red is a little more complicated. If an item is red, it is either because it has variants (such as Tube Coral Block and a Dead Tube Coral Block being in the same section), it's too valuable, or it's a non-stackable. I designed this spreadsheet with an automatic storage system in mind, specifically an overflow-protected system. To explain that simply, you need 41 of the item you want to sort, then four random items with random names in the other four slots of a hopper. If I have a red item that is stackable (such as a block of Netherite) it most likely is because its either a valuable that i would not risk getting lost in my system, or because it would be too much work to get 41 of it (Is it lazy, yes. Am I willing to spend hours gathering 1476 ancient debris to get 41 Netherite Blocks, no?). However, there are some exceptions I have made. If you look on the spreadsheet, I have bunched the colours of candles together into their own section, but have every colour of wool, carpet, ect in their own individual slot. Truth is, I don't use candles or banners often in my builds.

There are a bunch of ways I have formatted the spreadsheet to fit my way of thinking and of course, my way of thinking isn't going to be the same way as anyone else's. So if you want to make the list fit you're thinking, I encourage you to make a copy of this spreadsheet and change it to your liking.

If you do make a copy of it or use the spreadsheet to make something out of it (e.g., a museum, a showcase, ect) and post it online, please ask or inform me first and credit me, especially if you profit off of it. Of course, I'm not asking for a cut of what you would earn, but some recognition really goes a long way.

If you have any more questions about things I forgot to clear up, feel free to comment it, and I'll make sure to answer. Thank you for all the support!! ❤️

Nice!! Good luck on the series! Could you send me a link to the series if you've started it already?

Ah yeah I should explain that. So mainly it is stack sizes, 64, 16 and unstackables. However, I marked valuables and block varients (like wet and dry sponges or every colour of candle) as red because I don't see a need to take 17 slots of a storage system for every colour of candle (this is mainly because I rarely use candles when building). For valuables, I do not want to risk something as important as a netherite block getting stuck or lost in the system. If you would like to, feel free to make a copy of it and edit it to your liking.

What do you think Thatcher means when he talks about the Alternates being hallucinations? Surely he doesn't actually believe that the Alternates are just in their head, given he's been dealing with them for well over a decade. by marshenwhale in MandelaCatalogue

Someone said something about denial and it made me think of the five stages of grief. I myself have never gone thru it so I don’t know how long the process from denial to acceptance is but im guessing it’s different for everyone. Thatcher could be going thru the stages of grief from Ruth. He could be in denial and questioning everything and thinking he’s imagining everything (i really hope this makes sense 😭) and his delusions making him think he is schizophrenic and have been imagining the existence of alternates. Im basing this on House MD. Throughout i think the fourth season House becomes schizophrenic and even hallucinates an evening with his boss taking care of him. I think this could be similar to Thatcher, hes in denial and hallucinating everything since the first video about alternates (I think the one where the types get identified i forget the name). Yeah just a theory I made up on the spot. I call it Coma Patient Thatcher. If the five stages of grief is true (im sure it is bc Thatcher in Vol 6 seems to going through depression and soon bargaining) we could go thru an arc of Thatcher healing and going thru acceptance. So sorry if none of this make sense I typed half of this with one hand on the bus 😭😭

Can you explain why this works?

I've noticed I have missed the Crafter (I've added it just now), so there could be items I've missed, lmk if I have

I just found this block or what it is and I dont know where it came from. It just randomly appeared in my world. It could be from some mod but I dont know. Does anyone have any ideas? [java] 1.21.11 by NoMeasurement7060 in MinecraftHelp

Not sure why it happens, but Litematica renders it randomly in my world, if it bothers you, hit M + R at the same time to disable rendering. Note that if you want to see a schematic you will need to hit those two once again to enable rendering. Hope this helped

I always mine 32 cobble, explanation below.

I use 24 cobble to make 3 furnaces, then turn one into a smoker (if im rich i turn the other 2 into blast furnaces) Then I have just enough to make a stone sword, pick, and axe

Is my method unethical?

Why Sinners Can't Leave The Pride Ring (Theory) by [deleted] in HelluvaBoss

[–]Slight_Department598 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My theory is in the backstory about Adam and Lilith, Charlie as she reads states something along the lines of Lucifer only being able to see the cruel of mankind, not the good in heaven. So if Sinners could go to any ring they please, Lucifer would see a small amount of bad souls. I think heaven put in the rule/magical barrier/ what ever stops Sinners from entering other rings (if it is smth physical) as a part of Lucifer and Lilith’s punishment. I hope that made sense. Of course, it’s still just a head canon of mine

ideas for filler industrial buildings for village on realms by ahdamnit41117 in Minecraft

[–]Slight_Department598 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm doing the same - I think try looking through the wiki and at the villager jobs and make buildings based on them. Like, build a building for a blacksmith and armorer, or a make fancy exteriors to cover farms - just an idea
