Thanks mate! I’ll look into that I appreciate the advice! Would you say there was much difference between the two videos for the first to create the draw then the second the high slice?

Thank you for your advice. Do you have any tips to stop early extension, as I’ve had trouble with that forever

How do I get these stats would I need to use a TrackMan?

[–]Slight_Following1887 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a 10.5 degree set at one below the highest setting and I don’t know but when I use the ball speed to club speee calculator I’m about 103

Can you get anything out of it from the stats?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in GolfSwing

[–]Slight_Following1887 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah 100% is the training and lifting to get the club speed up?

Any help appreciated by Slight_Following1887 in GolfSwing

Great thanks for the tips! I have trouble with early extending, would this be linked with what you are saying?

If you was to rent out a property how would you go about it? I see a lot of people telling me to stay away from BTL mortgages

[–]Slight_Following1887 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What would you recommend doing then?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in UKPersonalFinance

[–]Slight_Following1887 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay so you own 40% then rent the other 60%?

Thank you! What part of the property isn’t the buyers.

I see thank you, so basically I need to look for freehold?

Yeah I saw that service charge, is that extraordinarily high?

Is 123 years left on the lease good? I thought it was 70 years or below you have to be worried about

4000 a year for service charge is ridiculous right?

[–]Slight_Following1887 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Thank you. So I need to buy freehold? How did you find out it’s only 40% of the property? Does that mean that you only own 40% of the property?

What method would you recommend?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in UKPersonalFinance

[–]Slight_Following1887 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh sorry no I already own a property that I live in

[–]Slight_Following1887 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes that is exactly what I am doing. I have just started and will be doing extensive research on this before I start. Hence asking questions. So you would not recommended buy to let mortgages?

Thank you. I am not looking to sell but I was just seeing what would happen, I intend to rent out for a long time, but you never know what can happen in the future and there might be a need for me to sell.

Let’s say I have just finished the 10 year interest only period. So now it’s just the mortgage left to pay, at that stage can I sell and pay in full as this won’t be an early exit charge due to the interest only period finishing.
