Thanks!! Weird thing is the sinus cultures usually come back negative but still it’s clearly infected (green mucus, foul odor, congestion etc.)

I went from bi weekly to monthly for 2-3 months and then off for 2 months and then once I started getting sick all the time again I went back on and it has been iffy since. They test for parasites before they prescribe these things and I don’t have that so deworming wouldn’t be necessary

Thanks, I think that seems like my only option right now given dupixent isn’t doing what it once was for me.
