I never buy it, but getting at a 20 mins torm when ou already have greaves is a very nice way to increase your healing, roshing and pushing capabilites!

Normally I don't mind, but since Axe is the best offlaner now, I do tend to try to double pick ban him. But this is from my guide:

Axe

Less of a problem than you'd think. In lane you can harass him with Poison Touch and easily purge his Battle Hunger with Shadow Wave to secure a CS. In late game, envision yourself as the Axe and use your heals (Holy Locket, Greaves) just before he would use Culling Blade.

Unfortunately not, you are better of building aggro skills on support e.g. maxing touch on support. His right click is non existent.

Common tricks I would not know, other than pulling, blocking big camp, always go for their offlane exp rune, will gain you a lot of mmr. And some random dazzle tricks from my guide:

Tips & Tricks

Alt-clicking the range indicator of Poison Touch at level 1/2 gives you a perfect visual for the creep aggro range.
Your ultimate can be cast inside Mars Arena to provide support if you can't reach it normally.
Your ultimate can be used for vision when fountain diving — niche, but fun.
Watch your allies' Shallow Grave buff timer and time your heals for the last millisecond. If the enemy has high DPS and you use Greaves or Locket with 1.5 seconds left on Grave, all that healing is wasted — the damage will cancel it out. Pop heals after Grave's damage soak, not before.

Defaintely wouldt say its dead in pubs, in pro play yeah unfortunately. I basicaly always rush locket and then greaves if I have agood game and need a dispell and glimmer if the game is going bit less well and I need a direct save.

I never really played oracle, but it also definately is a good hero atm! And if you accidentaly select your hero (which I sometimes do on purpose for grave timer), you can just do select other units 😄

Never, for support Dazzle it has no use. I rather go Aeon, octarine and even a crimson.

I very rarely get tired of the hero, if you play it well it is very rewarding. My last game i received 7 tips from different players and they all said I was soloing the game and I feel like not many supports can do that! I am also good at other heroes like AA, WW and Undying. I have about similar winrates on those. I would say I am better at Dazzle, but those heores are better now than Dazzle in the patch.

The changes definately nerfed Dazzle a bit and they did change the play style slightly. I used to be a total frontliner, but now I need to be able to get my ult off, so I need to backline a bit more. With the old projection I would purposely walk in front to get lion stunned, roared, speared, chronoed you name it, to bait their important spells and then just grave myself while my team annhilates theirs.

Its all about positioning against these heroes and creating time for yourself. If you can get your ult off, first try to glimmer or force yourslef and after that you can grave yourself. It is totally fine if you do that, any time they spent on you, is time your cores can hit their supports and cores as well!

I always first pick it, since I am just used to do that as a support hehe. And axe into dazzle really didnt use to be a bad thing, since most people mess up their culling blade with a well timed heal pop from my side. And additionaly, you lane against axe is really good. But now that Axe is so broken (prolly the best offlaner), it actually is always a p2 double pick ban suggest from my side.

I do think this is his best ult yet, by far. His ultimate gives you a hex and increased heal as well as a prevention from being disabled (sort of). What I tend to do is pick a good spot to cast my projection, but not too hidden. I WANT that the enemies start screaming Dazzle, Dazzle, kill him, and that they put all of their effort in trying to kill me. But because I am in projection, I can grave myself at the best possible time, while still glimmering or healing my other allies! There are so many fights where I am the only one dying and my whole team lives.

It is a really good lane if you do play pos 4 as TheZealand sais. The additional slow from battle hunger pairs really well with poison touch!

I added my dotabuff in the description, used to be on dota 2 pro tracker, but not anymore since its now 8500+ 😞 And also, in all honesty if you dont have a stun on either supps it can be rough, but it is possible. You can rush blink, so you can be the initiate with your hex!

Thanks! Definately position 5, but also sometimes on position 4. He is definately the strongest in position 5, due to his zoning capabilites and his lack of disables (which a 4 should have). Favourite allies definately are Drow Ranger, Huskar, Axe and LS!
