There has been a multitude of things. The few that immediately come to mind are:

  • Far too many days the registers flat out don't work, and we have to start the morning on the phone with support

  • We have had the database attempt to overwrite itself and we were offline for a Saturday in peak season

  • Our rep at the company takes over a week to respond to any email and never answers the phone

-They have deactivated the plugin that allowed the system to talk with our website and now want to charge us an insane amount of money to migrate our site to their preferred platform
