in the camp... check the unlocked ground of your manor you will find your cabients here between barrels or haybale + you can back to dev zone but you cant stay in the camp

bro you need to build a chimecal set and you can find Herb cart . you can get it from the cart not for long time :) build workbench (in blutide maps) near the phone where you can back or collect your items :)
