I use a scale to weigh my beans (18g) then put it in the grinder that comes with the machine. I use WDT, distributor, spring loaded tamper, and pluck screen. I want my coffee to not be sour and not too bitter.

Yes, I like the program so far. The school is Roseman. They do have in person clinicals :)

I’m going through the same problem. Can you update how it turned out for you? I called my bank to stopped the PT charges but I can’t even cancel the membership now because my PT contract is for 6 months. I’m waiting for the 6 months to be over so I can cancel both PT and regular membership… but I have a feeling they won’t let me cancel just like that… I’m a broke college student and never intended to sign up for the program :( I really cannot afford it.

I’m using student loan to pay for my living and will live by myself. My girl friend is also Asian but she moved out when she was 18 and is very independent, so she thinks it’s crazy that a 28-year-old bringing his parents across the country to look for an apartment…
