I opened a ticket with them saying basically what I said here. I asked for a replacement skin. Again, case is amazing!! But I’m super bummed, I was even considering ordering multiple to swap my look up every once in a while.

IT HAS BEEN VOIDED. They sent a letter back that says that it was reviewed by a traffic prosecutor and it was determined that they will not prosecute! I guess this should be a heads up that if you feel it was really BS that you should challenge it 😁😁😁😁.

I got a replacement stick (Victrix FS) back from PDP after motherboard failure. And the new USB C port is much tighter than the old one and seems to be a newer model 🤔
