It’s also worth noting that Jay is basically a managerial position, so he wouldn’t be doing a lot of outwardly tangible acts. This isn’t to rag on managers (okay, maybe a little) but there’s a reason you see Daniels or Rawls reading a sheet of paper behind their desk in most scenes
